I moved to Cumberland in 2018 after living most of my life on the lower mainland. I have a passion for serving, supporting and connecting. Over the years I have seen an increasing theme of stressed out, exhausted, misaligned people. I seek to bring us back into harmony with ourselves, others and this beautiful planet. Take a moment, right now, to take a long, slow, deep breath. That ensuing feeling is what I am speaking of.

My experience is primarily in addiction recovery where I am still very active, with over 32 years clean in 12 step recovery. In 1992 I received my Counselling Certificate. From there I served as an alcohol & drug counsellor for close to 5 years on the downtown east side of Vancouver. During this time, I worked toward an undergrad in psychology. However, I stopped in my third year to raise a family. I am currently looking to acquire my associate’s degree in psychology. Whilst raising a family, I decided to start a business. It was an out-sourced IT company which I successfully grew for 20 years before selling it in 2016. During that time, I started other companies as well supported multiple companies with their operations. I find much joy in sharing my corporate experience with start-ups wanting to avoid those critical initial costly bumps and established organizations wanting to be more effective, improving their bottom line.
